The Senior Technical Architect leads strategic and technical direction for the ServiceNow platform, defining long-term strategy, design standards, and integration frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams, they shape a scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow roadmap. They also mentor architects and developers, lead complex transformation programs, evaluate recent products, and advise executives on platform capabilities and best practices.

Responsibilities

Platform and Solution Architecture

Manage the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform across modules and business units.

Lead the design of complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that align with business and IT strategies.

�� Integration and Data Architecture

Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).

Ensure robust, secure data flows using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

Design and optimize CMDB data models, CI relationships and data ingestion pipelines.

��️ Security, Risk and Compliance





Enforce enterprise security and data protection standards within the ServiceNow platform.

Implement and govern RBAC, ACLs, encryption standards, and secure integrations.

Ensure platform compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).

��️ DevOps and Technical Leadership

Lead CI/CD, DevOps automation, and quality assurance practices (e.g., Git, ATF, update sets).

Drive platform performance optimization, upgrade strategies, and instance management.

Mentor developers, architects, and platform administrators to uplift technical capability and code quality.

�� Stakeholder and Project Engagement

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into architectural solutions.

Act as technical advisor in steering committees, design authority boards, and large-scale projects.

Lead technical planning, product selection, and expansion of the ServiceNow platform.
