Lead, mentor, and develop mechanical engineers and project support professionals working on US-based projects.

• Plan and allocate resources based on HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and fire-protection scope, technical complexity, RFI and submittal volumes, procurement priorities, and delivery schedules.

- Assign explicit system ownership, review responsibilities, performance expectations, and delivery timelines to team members.
- Monitor productivity, technical quality, utilization, and milestone performance through regular team meetings, technical reviews, one-to-one discussions, and performance evaluations.
- Develop team capability in mechanical construction, US codes and standards, technical submittals, testing, TAB, commissioning, and project closeout.
- Develop and review RFIs, shop drawings, product data, method statements, technical queries, and value-engineering proposals; provide technically sound recommendations before submission to the design team.

Act as a key point of contact between the offshore mechanical engineering team and US-based project teams. Lead the closeout process for HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage,



fire-protection, and associated mechanical scope s.

- Establish system-based closeout plans, responsibilities, trackers, submission schedules, and quality requirements, and ensure required data is assembled for client turnover.Identify risks related to system performance, site constraints, utility connections, long-lead mechanical materials, testing, commissioning, schedule, and contract requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. • A master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related mechanical discipline is preferred. Approximately 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, MEP construction, project controls, technical design review, commissioning, or project delivery .

- At least 3-5 years of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or people-management role.
