Role: Site Head – Residential Mandate Sales

We are looking for an experienced Site Head with strong expertise in Residential Mandate Sales to drive sales performance and manage operations for a residential project in Andheri & Thane.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and revenue for the assigned residential mandate project.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with developers/builders.

Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure.

Monitor site performance, sales funnel, conversions, and revenue.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve project sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams and the developer to ensure smooth sales operations.





Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads and site visits.

Candidate Profile

Experience in Residential Real Estate Sales is mandatory.

Strong experience in Mandate Sales / Project Sales preferred.

Excellent developer relationship and market networking skills.

Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.

Strong understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate market.

Candidates with experience handling residential projects in Western Suburbs/ Thane will be preferred.
