We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, build a strong talent pipeline, and drive hiring strategies for Elysium Group of Companies, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Conduct telephonic and in-person screenings to assess candidate fitment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business heads
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Handle bulk hiring, walk-in drives, and campus recruitment activities
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring dashboards
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining formalities




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report recruitment metrics — TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline status

Required Skills

- MBA in HR is manadatory.
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience preferably in EdTech / IT-Non IT Services / Education domain
- Proven track record in handling high-volume recruitment and walk-in drives
- Experience in handling multiple roles simultaneously across different business verticals.
- ATS & Recruitment Tracker Management
- Solid Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Target-Oriented & Self-Motivated
