Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for PAN India locations, from sourcing to onboarding.

Lead recruitment across multiple business functions and ensure timely closure of positions.

Develop and execute strategic manpower plans based on business and project requirements.

Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Manage recruitment MIS, hiring reports, recruitment metrics and target-based hiring.

Monitor recruitment timelines, improve sourcing strategies and ensure quality hiring.

Handle stakeholder coordination and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Support and guide the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.

Drive bulk/volume hiring and blue-collar recruitment requirements where applicable.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 38 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.





MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.

Experience handling recruitment across multiple functions and PAN India locations.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants and other sourcing channels.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with hiring managers/business teams.

Experience in MIS, recruitment reporting, hiring metrics and target-based recruitment.

Candidates with experience in Non-IT Recruitment Consultancy, Manufacturing, Mining, Hydro, Road Construction (NHAI), Cement, Steel, Sugar, Paper, or similar industries will be preferred.

Experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and team-management skills.

Should be comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work from Delhi / Dehradun / Rudrapur, as applicable to the position.
