- Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (desktops, laptops, peripherals) Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Network configuration and troubleshooting expertise (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience withActiveDirectory (AD) andDHCP management
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (specifically Sophos)
- CCTV systemmanagement and maintenance experience
