Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide application support for SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Succession Planning, and People Analytics.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using SAP HCM and SuccessFactors tools.

- Conduct training sessions on Agile methodologies and best practices to improve project delivery efficiency.

- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., AMS) to identify trends and provide insights that inform business decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.

- Robust understanding of Agile principles and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.

- Experience working with Application Support Management Systems (AMS) or similar tools is an added advantage.
