As we expand to new locations, we are looking for a reliable and experienced team member to help us manage our new mall location and deliver the Mami Bombay experience to every customer.

Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Store Supervisor with at least 4 years of experience in F&B;, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our new Mami Bombay cart in a premium Mumbai mall. You will supervise a small team, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock and daily operations, and make sure our standards are maintained consistently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, organised, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Mami Bombay cart, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 3 staff members.
- Train and support junior staff, ensuring they follow our service and operational standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the premium Mami Bombay experience.
- Handle POS operations, cash and digital payments, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, manage inventory, and minimise wastage.
- Ensure the cart is always clean, organised, and presented according to Mami Bombay standards.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and mall operating requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and daily responsibilities.
- Prepare basic daily reports covering sales, stock, wastage, and operational issues.
- Identify problems proactively and resolve them where possible.
- Communicate directly with management regarding sales, operations, staffing,



and any issues that require attention.
- Be hands-on during busy periods, supporting the team with serving customers and daily operations.
- Help improve the efficiency of the store as Mami Bombay continues to grow.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in F&B;, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Previous experience supervising or managing a small team is strongly preferred.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling POS systems, payments, cash, and basic reporting.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a skilled and positive attitude.
- Willingness to be hands-on and support the team whenever required.
- Comfortable working 6 days per week, 9 hours per day, including weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
