What we are looking for:

-10 to 15 Years - Open case to case

Required Technical Skills

Must Exp - Backup: Networker/PPDM/Data Domain if they avamar/acronis Storage: Dell/EMC, added: Pure, IBM

Shift timings - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am

Strong hands-on experience with:

Backup: Dell NetWorker, PPDM, Acronis, Cristie BMR/NBMR, VM and file-level recovery

Storage: XtremIO, PowerMax/VMAX, VPLEX Local/Metro, PowerStore, Unity, Pure Storage, IBM Storage

SAN: Brocade SAN, SAN zoning, SANnav

NAS: Unity, Isilon/PowerScale, SMB, NFS, replication and failover

Virtualization: VMware ESXi, datastore provisioning/expansion and Storage vMotion

Operating Systems: Windows and Linux storage configuration/troubleshooting

Monitoring: Grafana, InsightIQ and storage/SAN performance-monitoring tools

Hardware Support: Log collection, fault isolation,



hardware replacement coordination and vendor case management

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise production environments. Solid troubleshooting skills across the complete Host SAN Storage stack. Experience handling incidents, service requests, changes, and problem-management activities.

Experience working within SLA-driven operational/support environments.

Ability to independently troubleshoot backup failures, storage performance problems, SAN connectivity issues, and hardware incidents.

Experience coordinating technical issues with Dell, Pure Storage, IBM, and other OEM support teams.

Good understanding of high availability, replication, disaster recovery, and business-continuity concepts.

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
