We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Legal and Compliance department based out of the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The Legal team is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving legal issues and risks for the firm. The team handles matters relating to contract review, trading documentation, transactional and real estate legal support, litigation, employment, and intellectual property.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role, you will be reviewing a variety of trading agreements/documentation. You will be required to review, draft and negotiate agreements such as Long-Form Confirmations, Master Confirmation Agreements, ISDA’s, CDEA’s, MSFTA’s and repurchase agreements across all major asset classes (e.g., options, swaps, forwards, commodities) and global jurisdictions with potential counterparties. Additionally, you will also get the chance to collaborate with attorneys in other offices of the D.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should hold-

Basic Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in law
- An impressive record of academic achievements along with 4 to 6 years of experience, including experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating trading agreements and generally dealing with commercial contracts

- Superior organizational and analytical ability, outstanding judgment, keen attention to detail, and proven drafting, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- A master's degree in law

- Familiarity with trading agreements
