What you have

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python and Angular, focusing on performance and engineering efficiency.
- Write clean, productive, and well-tested code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Implement features, bug fixes, and enhancements for Schwab data automation tools to improve developer productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services to support data tool applications and integration
- Create and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high reliability and code quality.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute practical ideas to improve solutions, usability, and efficiency.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to accelerate coding, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall productivity.
- Collaborate with team members through code reviews, pair programming,



and knowledge sharing.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Coordinate with U.S.-based team members for knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Document technical implementations, APIs, and system components.

Required Qualification

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience building web applications and APIs.
- Working knowledge of Angular or React for front-end development.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to data engineering concepts, ETL processes, or data platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and containerization (Docker).
