Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect materials, MRO supplies, and services to achieve cost savings and improve quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.

- Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform procurement decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in direct procurement or indirect sourcing/procurement roles within the electronics manufacturing industry.

- Solid understanding of indirect materials (e.g., consumables) and MRO supplies/services categories.

- Proven track record of achieving cost savings through effective negotiation skills with suppliers.
