About position:

Lead architecture governance and design reviews, define architecture standards, and guide platform, cloud, data, integration, and API decisions. Evaluate technologies and vendors, ensure security and compliance, and support strategic technology roadmaps.

What you’ll do:

- Lead architecture governance, solution assessments and design reviews.
- Define and maintain architecture principles, standards and reference patterns.
- Oversee platform, cloud, data, integration and API architecture decisions.
- Evaluate technologies and vendors against strategic and architectural criteria.
- Represent CX platform in architecture boards and guide approval processes.
- Ensure security, data and integration compliance while supporting strategic roadmaps

What makes you a good fit:

- Relevant degree with minimum experience of 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture.
- Strong expertise in integration, API, cloud and platform architecture.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Solid understanding of security by design and architecture governance.
- Experience with technology evaluation, roadmaps and vendor solution reviews.




- Robust stakeholder communication and confidence in cross-functional decision forums.
