Role Overview:

The Software

Engineer will play a key role in shaping the future of clinical workflows through their technical expertise and innovative mindset. Your contributions will directly influence the performance and reliability of essential healthcare tools, offering you a chance to work on high-impact projects within a supportive environment dedicated to professional development and technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of new features from concept through to deployment, ensuring seamless operation in production.
- Prototype and implement AI workflows, including prompt engineering, large language model (LLM) integration, and orchestration.
- Collaborate across different areas of the tech stack, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Make informed technical decisions in the face of evolving requirements, iteratively refining solutions.
- Maintain and monitor live systems, ensuring their stability,



security, and efficiency.
- Automate deployment pipelines and manage infrastructure using industry best practices such as CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, using core services like compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.
- Hands-on DevOps proficiency, including building, testing, and deploying software with full ownership of your work.
- Strong full-stack engineering ability, capable of troubleshooting and delivering across different environments.
- Practical knowledge of AI APIs, including prompt design, evaluation, and taking AI features from prototype to production.
- Mid-to-senior level software development background, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Focus on producing high-quality, testable code that is maintainable and reliable.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, demonstrating adaptability and proactive communication.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

- Experience with Laravel and PHP frameworks.
- Familiarity with Flutter and Dart.
- Background working in early-stage, fast-paced teams or environments that emphasize rapid iteration.
- Knowledge of AI tooling and coding agents to optimise AI workflows.
