HR Trainer - Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for current employees.
- Plan and deliver soft skills and behavioral training programs.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Monitor employee learning progress and training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records, attendance and reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to organize technical and functional training.
- Support employee development and continuous learning initiatives.
- Ensure company policies and workplace standards are communicated effectively.
- Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements.

Experience : 5+ Years

Salary : Upto 35,000/-.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
