Job Summary
The Senior Manager, HR Technology owns the strategy, roadmap, administration,
and continuous improvement of OpenGov’s HR technology stack, ensuring the systems and integrations that manage employee data across the employee lifecycle are reliable, compliant, scalable, and aligned to the needs of a global workforce. Based in Pune, India and reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications and Engineering, this role sets direction for HR technology across the organization and leads a team that includes HR application administrators and a staff-level HR Systems Architect. It partners with stakeholders across the US and India — HR Operations, Payroll, Perks, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, IT, and Workplace — to maintain, modernize, and streamline the systems that support the full employee lifecycle, from hire to retire and onboarding to offboarding.
