Role Overview

The Principal Product Manager (Marketing) exists to drive JumpCloud's market presence, packaging, and competitive positioning to accelerate global growth. In this high-impact role, you will lead the strategic alignment of our pricing and packaging models while enabling our global sales team with the tools, positioning, and competitive insights they need to win. Serving as a key evangelist,



you will translate complex platform capabilities into compelling market narratives and lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, and go-to-market teams. Ultimately, you will solve critical business problems by elevating our thought leadership and scaling our market reach.
