Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for supporting sales growth and customer acquisition for LICHFL Financial Services Ltd. Day-to-day activities include generating and managing leads, meeting prospective and existing customers, and presenting suitable financial products such as savings, investment, loan,



insurance, and pension solutions. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to meet targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into long-term relationships. The Assistant Sales Manager will also coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications, address customer queries, and uphold regulatory and company compliance standards.
