FlowSportsLife is a growing sports-tech-driven academy operating badminton and football academies across Delhi-NCR. We are building a strong digital presence and performance marketing engine to drive enquiries and admissions across our venues.
We are looking for a Creative Designer & Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our creative and digital advertising from creating content and shooting reels to running Meta campaigns, analysing performance and improving results.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media creatives including posts, stories, carousels, promotional creatives and admission campaigns.
Edit Instagram and Facebook reels/short-form videos, including cuts, captions, music and pacing.
Shoot and coordinate on-ground content at our venues - training sessions, matches, testimonials and coach features.
Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns across different venues and sports.
Test different audiences, creatives and campaign structures to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
Monitor and analyse key metrics such as spend, CPL, CTR,



reach and lead quality.
Use Claude/AI tools for creative ideation, audience research, campaign planning, performance analysis and reporting.
Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with admissions, events, seasons and campaigns.
Ensure consistent branding across all FlowSportsLife venues and digital platforms.
Continuously analyse campaign and creative performance and use insights to improve the next campaign.

Requirements
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing.
Solid understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, placements, lead forms, CPL and ROAS.
Practical experience using Claude or AI tools in creative and performance marketing workflows.
Strong creative skills with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent.
Ability to shoot basic photo/vid
