About the Job
We are going through massive, global Agile transformation and as a result we are rapidly expanding our Agile teams across EMEA and are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
Aggregate team Program Increment (PI) objectives into Program PI objectives.
Take part in PI Planning readiness by preparing the Vision and backlogs during both pre-planning and post-planning stages.
Establish PI Planning readiness (when no value stream level exists) and facilitates PI Planning.
Manage and optimizes the flow of value through the program using various tools.
Assist with execution and Feature completion.
Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt. A
