Position Overview

OWT Global LLC is seeking a Contracts Specialist to provide full lifecycle
contracts administration support from our Massachusetts location. This role will
manage contract documentation, modifications, compliance, and correspondence for
federal and DoD contracts while coordinating closely with program, finance,
procurement, and security teams. Role is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer assigned contracts from award through closeout, including
modifications, options, and change orders.
* Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and requirements to ensure
compliance.
