About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium and luxury residential real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle high-value property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for premium/luxury residential projects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to booking and closure.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients and investors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and closures in CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking and payments.
Generate business through references, personal networks and other channels.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects and pricing.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in residential property sales preferred.
Candidates who have handled ₹1 Cr+ ticket-size properties will be preferred.
Experience handling HNI/UHNI/NRI clients will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good understanding of the real estate sales process.
Candidates with premium/luxury real estate experience will be preferred.
