* Develop and deliver ServiceNow ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, working effectively in high-pressure projects with aggressive timelines and critical delivery milestones. * Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management. * Develop client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies/actions, workflows/flows, integrations, and custom applications while following ServiceNow best practices. * Work closely with solution architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions and resolve complex technical challenges. * Lead technical activities across development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support, ensuring issues and dependencies are addressed quickly to meet tight deadlines. * Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and ensure solutions meet ServiceNow standards, security requirements, maintainability, and project quality objectives.
