Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Mathura. The Member will support consulting projects focused on brand building and business growth, working closely with senior team members and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market and business analysis, contributing to brand strategy development, preparing presentations and reports, and helping implement agreed initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring that deliverables are completed accurately and on time.



The Member is expected to participate in team discussions, share ideas, and maintain detailed documentation of project activities.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and draw practical business insights.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.
Collaborative working style, with the ability to contribute in team settings and engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of branding, marketing concepts, and business growth strategies, or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with structured processes.
