Your Role:
Responsible for managing enterprise digital sales and engagement platforms (Showpad, Redox, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), driving user adoption, ensuring access governance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to support end-user productivity and data-driven decision-making.
Digital Tools Administration
Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle (provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning) for Showpad, Redox, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools.
Ensure timely and accurate access grants/revocations in alignment with organizational role changes, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain access control logs and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal IT and data governance policies.
Troubleshoot user access issues and coordinate with IT/vendor support teams for resolution.
Adoption Tracking & Reporting
Design, build, and maintain adoption dashboards and reports to track platform usage, engagement trends, and ROI metrics.
Analyse usage data to identify low-adoption areas and recommend targeted interventions.




Present adoption reports and key insights to stakeholders, leadership, and business unit heads on a periodic basis (monthly/quarterly).
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between end users and platform vendors to relay feedback, feature requests, and support needs.
Collaborate with data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting metrics across platforms.
End-User Support & Enablement
Provide first-line support and troubleshooting assistance to end users on platform functionality.
Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and onboarding sessions to improve user proficiency and adoption.

Who You are:
3-4 years of experience in digital tools administration/support within a corporate or life sciences setting
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations
Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organizational structure
