Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with solid backend experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build production-grade backend systems
- Experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced product environment
- Comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams
- Open to building products from 0-1 and iterating quickly based on feedback
- Willing to work from the office in HSR, Bengaluru
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems for Dodge AI's products
- Own features end-to-end, from understanding the problem to production
- Build reliable APIs, services, integrations, and supporting infrastructure
- Work on complex engineering problems involving AI-powered enterprise workflows
- Debug production issues and improve system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions
- Contribute to engineering practices as the product and team scale
