Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build clean, reusable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
- Must be confident in attending client interviews/discussions and presenting technical solutions effectively to help secure and bring recent projects for the company.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and communicate project updates.
- Handle client communication independently and confidently.
- Participate in requirement discussions, technical meetings, and client calls.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and project managers.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.




- Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized development.
- Understanding of software architecture patterns such as MVC and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security.
- Experience with performance optimization and scalable application development.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or similar tools.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in an IT services / client-facing environment.
- Experience handling projects independently from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
