What You’ll Own

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTub
- Drive BAU content and launch communication for new product
- Identify and leverage emerging digital trend
- Track reach, impressions, engagement and growth metrics to optimize performanc
- Lead influencer identification, onboarding and campaign management*

*• Provide creative direction to influencers and ensure strong brand storytellin
- Monitor influencer reach and campaign effectivenes
- Supervise the social media team and ensure timely, high-quality content deliver
- Collaborate with Category, Brand Management & Owned Brands teams to drive business objectives

What We’re Looking

-7+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy & Influencer Marketing

Experience in E-commerce / Beauty / Fashion / Luxury

Strong understanding of organic & paid social metrics

Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills

Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills

Robust creative storytelling and trend-spotting capabilities
