Role Description The Senior Site Engineer will oversee end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects at the Guwahati site, ensuring safe, timely, and quality installation in line with engineering designs and company standards. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising construction activities, coordinating with civil and structural engineers, managing contractors and site teams, and monitoring daily progress against project plans. The person in this role will conduct site inspections, implement quality control procedures,



and ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities also include resolving on-site technical issues, preparing reports and documentation, and maintaining clear communication with project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site project execution skills, including experience managing construction activities and site teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess robust quality control skills to monitor installation, enforce standards, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering or civil engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, designs, and load calculations for rooftop solar projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in solar or power projects is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management tools, along with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work safely in outdoor and rooftop environments and to travel to project sites as required.
