Job SummaryThe Senior Site Engineer will lead day-to-day execution of pre-engineered steel buildings and industrial warehouse sheds. Responsibilities include supervising structural erection, ensuring alignment with General Arrangement (GA) and fabrication drawings, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards on site.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Erection

- Plan, execute, and monitor PEB erection activities including primary/secondary framing, roof sheeting, wall cladding, and flashing.
- Supervise heavy lifting, alignment, bolting, torquing, and welding operations.
- Coordinate civil-to-steel interfaces, verifying foundation levels, pedestal dimensions, and anchor bolt placements before erection. [1, 2, 3]

1. Quality & Safety Compliance

- Enforce strict site safety protocols, including mandatory PPE use, safe crane/lifting operations, and regular toolbox talks.
- Inspect incoming structural components against the Bill of Materials (BOM) and fabrication drawings.
- Maintain quality check-lists for alignment, plumbness, torque checks,



and roof water-proofing/sealing. [1]

1. Resource & Contractor Management

- Supervise and allocate work to site supervisors, erection crews, and sub-contractors.
- Coordinate logistics, equipment deployment (cranes, boom lifts, generators, welding machines), and timely material delivery.
- Resolve technical and execution bottlenecks proactively at the site level. [1, 2]

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), manpower logs, and material tracking sheets.
- Assist the Project Manager with measurements for contractor and client billing (RA Bills).
- Participate in client/consultant walkthroughs, punch-point clearances, and final project handovers

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
