Sr. Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to construction projects on-site. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and specifications.

Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, plans, and blueprints.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Monitor and manage material procurement, inventory, and usage.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks.

Conduct regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress, issues, and solutions.





Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project.

Skills Required

Strong Knowledge of starting a new construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Leadership and supervisory skills.

Qualification Required

B- Tech ( Civil ) Engineering

Experience Needed

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Residential or commercial site execution
