Role Summary The Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect will define the overall ServiceNow strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap across enterprise workflows. The role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while driving platform adoption, innovation, and best practices across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance.
- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design authorities, and governance boards.
- Define platform standards, coding guidelines, integration patterns, and security best practices.
- Architect enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
- Govern CMDB, CSDM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Asset Management, and Platform Health.
- Drive adoption of AI, Automation Engine,



Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI capabilities.
- Lead platform upgrades, release management, and technical debt reduction.
- Mentor architects, leads, and developers across ServiceNow programs.
- Engage executive stakeholders and provide strategic advisory services.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Experience with CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Robust skills in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace.
- Expertise in enterprise integrations, cloud technologies, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading global delivery and multi-vendor teams.

Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred.
- CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-HRSD, or equivalent.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ITIL v4 Foundation/Managing Professional.
