Job Summary: This role involves overseeing the daily administration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing automated solutions and integrations to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure platform health, security, and performance through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and patching.
- Develop and deploy scalable applications and workflows for process automation.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.

Must-Have Skills:

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform development.




- Proficiency in JavaScript for custom scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with REST and SOAP APIs.
