About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of overall development experience and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, Flow Orchestration, integrations, scripting, and ServiceNow Studio .

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with customer teams, architects, process owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow CMDB & ITSM solutions.
- Develop Flow Orchestration and workflow automation solutions.
- Build applications using ServiceNow Studio .
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP and other integration mechanisms .
- Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and UI Policies .
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design, reviews and solution discussions.
- Support upgrades, enhancements and production issues.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance and best practices.
- Work closely with customers, process owners and technical teams.
