Senior ServiceNow Developer / Consultant
- Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules based on enterprise requirements.
- Design and implement Flow Orchestration and automation to streamline IT processes.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications and services.
- Develop and customize applications using ServiceNow Studio .
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Apply JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance .
- Collaborate directly with customers, ServiceNow developers, and process owners to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
