Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Improve website organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and conversions.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Manage and optimize Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Develop and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams for SEO implementation.
- Create SEO-friendly content briefs and content strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and competitor performance.
- Track and analyze SEO performance and prepare monthly MIS/reports.




- Identify opportunities for featured snippets, local SEO, and other SERP features.
- Implement schema markup/structured data where required.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues affecting website performance and visibility.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of HTML, website structure, indexing, crawling, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of content SEO and search intent.
- Strong reporting and data-analysis skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Proven experience in improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Experience handling large websites or multiple SEO projects will be an added advantage.
