About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead GLP & ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliant studies in Molecular Analysis and Cell Biology. The role will act as Study Director and will deputize for the HOD when required.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of studies - from Study Plan preparation, approval & initiation to final report, and archiving.
- Ensure strict compliance with OECD GLP, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, SOPs and study plan amendments.
- Ensure timely communication of study plans/amendments to QAU and study personnel.
- Ensure availability of validated systems, adequate resources, and test systems.
- Ensure complete documentation of raw data, deviations, data interpretation & study conclusions with QAU statement in final report.
- Define roles of PIs/test facilities for multi-site studies and ensure Part-B protocols are IAEC approved.
- Drive day-to-day lab operations with real-time SOP adherence and documentation.
- Lead and mentor the team - training, evaluation & work allocation.
- Ensure equipment calibration, maintenance and upkeep of all departmental files & SOPs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Molecular / Cell Biology assays like Ames Test, Chromosomal Aberration, Micronucleus, Comet Assay, PCR, etc.
- Must have worked as a Study Director in a GLP & ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab.
- Solid leadership, documentation, and regulatory audit facing skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
