About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Automotive Parts Management and Supply Chain processes to support and enhance our SAP Automotive landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP MM, SD, SAP IS-Auto, VSS, and SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end supply chain and aftersales processes within automotive or spare parts distribution environments.

This role requires a techno-functional skilled capable of translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, developers, OEM partners, and integration teams. Experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

- Lead solution design and configuration for Automotive Parts and Supply Chain processes.
- Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
- Configure and support SAP processes across:
- Organizational Structure
- Plant & Location Setup
- Material Master Data
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Purchase Approval Workflows
- Sales & Distribution
- Stock Transfer Orders (STO)
- Intercompany Processes
- Logistics Execution
- Pricing & Rebate Management
- Financial Integration
- Interfaces and Integrations
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and Automotive industry standards.

Business Process Analysis

- Analyze existing supply chain and Aftersales processes.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities.




- Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, inventory visibility, customer service, and profitability.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements.
- Prepare and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Functional Specifications
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Test Scripts
- Training Materials
- User Guides and SOPs
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery solutions.

SAP Project Delivery

- Participate in full lifecycle SAP projects including:
- Requirement Gathering
- Blueprinting
- Solution Design
- Configuration
- Development Support
- SIT & UAT
- Data Migration
- Cutover Activities
- Go-Live Support
- Hypercare
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and automotive modernization initiatives.

Integration & Technical Support

- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams to resolve complex business issues.
- Support integrations involving:
- OEM Systems
- Syncron
- SAP Integration Suite
- Dell Boomi
- Azure Integration Services
- Payment Platforms
- Third-Party Logistics Providers

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Develop and execute:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and business requirements.

User Enablement & Support

- Deliver end-user and key-user training.
- Prepare knowledge transfer and process documentation.
- Provide L2/L3 support for supply chain and aftersales applications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and solution enhancements.

Required Experience

Functional Expertise

- Minimum 5+ years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience preferably in Automotive Parts Operations or Automotive Aftersales environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in:

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- SAP Certification(s) in MM, SD, S/4HANA, IS-Auto, or related modules preferred.
