Your place in the team

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of complex, end-to-end, full life cycle of client solutions. You will lead, manage, and deliver one or more large projects or programmes using a variety of recognised methodologies, including Agile, via several multi-disciplined, highly skilled teams. You will work closely with some of our senior clients to build relationships, manage senior project stakeholders.

You will ensure delivery is conducted consistently with high levels of project governance and control.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP programmes, from initiation, planning, coordination, execution, validation through to go-live, Hypercare and BAU transition
- Lead cross functional team and project stakeholders from different time zone
- Creating and maintaining detailed project plans and reporting against milestones
- Fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive team culture across distributed teams
- Manage and own the commercials including budgets, scope, resourcing and forecasting
- Lead cutover planning, go-live, and transition into hypercare
- Proactively review, identify, record and manage the RAIDs to derisk the project delivery
- Produce clear, accurate,



and timely project status report for senior stakeholders and client leadership team.
- Manage the transition of delivered solutions into BAU support, ensuring effective handover, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and support acceptance.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing senior stakeholders, steering committees and escalation paths ensuring effective engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring quality assurance processes are followed to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage the end-to-end change request process for SAP projects, including impact assessment, stakeholder approval, commercial evaluation, governance tracking, and controlled implementation to ensure scope, budget, timeline, and delivery quality are maintained.
- Deliver projects using Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, selecting the most appropriate approach for the agreed project SOW.
- Apply strong SAP delivery governance experience to ensure consistent project controls and decision-making
- Encouraging best-practice knowledge sharing across the project and broader delivery organisation
- Identifying business development opportunities and feeding them into Sales
- Mentoring junior project managers and strengthening internal project management capability
- Ensuring adherence to internal quality standards and governance processes

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, EC, or any engineering discipline.





Essential Experience

- 10+ Years of Project Management experience with minimum 5 years in SAP
- Strong SAP implementation and global rollout experience for medium and large-scale projects
- Strong vendor and third-party management experience
- Ability to manage disputes, mitigate risks, and maintain control of scope
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities across clients.
- Collaborative mindset with the maturity to influence outcomes and drive best practice.
- Comfortable owning governance, risk, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes
- Strong experience in Manufacturing, engineering, industrial, supply chain, or complex global business experience would be a great advantage
- Willingness to travel onsite to customer site during the project life cycle when required
- Technical competency with various including O365, Teams, SharePoint, MS Project
- Excellent consulting and customer facing skills
- Robust analytical and problem techniques
- Knowledge and experience of a range of delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) are highly desirable

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Technical delivery across SAP/ERP and non-SAP integrated landscapes
- PMP, PRINCE 2 or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Experience of global solution delivery and template roll out
