Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement PM modules using SAP PM best practices.
- Provide technical guidance on PM module configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, identify risks, and mitigate them proactively.
Job Requirements :
- 6-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Robust understanding of SAP PM module functionality including asset management, breakdown maintenance planning & scheduling.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
