We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Mini Master and CATS Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HR Mini Master, Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS), integration, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and implementing SAP HR solutions, configuring Mini Master and CATS processes, supporting integrations with downstream systems, and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in SAP HR Mini Master and CATS implementation activities.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and analyze existing HR and time-management processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP HCM functional solutions.
- Configure and support HR Mini Master processes, including relevant employee master data and organizational information.
- Configure and implement CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) based on business requirements.
- Define CATS profiles, data entry processes, validation rules, approval workflows, and time recording requirements.
- Configure CATS integration with relevant SAP modules and downstream systems.
- Support integration between HR Mini Master, CATS, Payroll, Controlling, Project Systems, and other applicable SAP components.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, mapping documents, and test scenarios.




- Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, enhancements, reports, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Support data migration and validation activities related to HR Mini Master and CATS.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and provide functional guidance to business users.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis for HR and time-related processes.
- Support cutover, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and project managers.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to SAP implementation best practices.

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of SAP HCM / HR functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in HR Mini Master.
- Solid implementation experience with CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet).
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Good understanding of SAP HCM employee master data and organizational structures.
- Strong knowledge of CATS configuration, time recording, validation, approval, and integration processes.
- Experience integrating CATS with SAP Payroll, Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), and other relevant modules.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP/technical teams.
- Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, integration testing, defect management, and production support.
- Good understanding of HR business processes and time-management concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
