For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Senior SAP GRC Implementation Consultant with S/4HANA experience for a Full Remote position.

The consultant will lead the design, migration and implementation of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions within an SAP S/4HANA landscape, working closely with Security, Internal Controls, Risk Management and business teams.

Candidates need to be willing to work US office hours.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and migration of SAP GRC to SAP S/4HANA;
- Assess the existing SAP GRC Hub workplace and define the migration approach towards Embedded GRC, where applicable;
- Design and configure SAP GRC solutions according to SAP best practices;
- Configure SAP Access Control, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Business Role Management (BRM) and Access Request Management (ARM);
- Configure SAP Process Control and SAP Risk Management;
- Design, implement and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rule sets;
- Support SoD analysis and remediation with business stakeholders;
- Design and implement Firefighter / Emergency Access processes;
- Configure approval workflows using MSMP;
- Configure provisioning connectors for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and cloud applications;
- Support integration with SAP Cloud Identity Services and identity management platforms;




- Design automated and continuous controls monitoring;
- Support migration of GRC configuration, master data and rule sets;
- Support testing, UAT, cutover and production deployment;
- Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Profile:

- Bachelor or Master degree;
- 10+ years of SAP GRC experience;
- Experience with at least 3 SAP GRC implementation projects;
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC 12.x;
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA security and authorization concepts;
- Strong experience with SAP Access Control, Process Control and Risk Management;
- Hands-on experience with ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM and MSMP Workflow;
- Experience migrating SAP GRC Hub environments to SAP S/4HANA;
- Strong experience designing and maintaining SoD rule sets;
- Strong knowledge of SAP roles and authorizations;
- Experience with SAP Fiori security;
- Experience integrating SAP GRC with Microsoft Entra ID, SAP IAS, SAP IPS or other Identity Management solutions;
- Knowledge of compliance and internal control frameworks such as COSO;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English.
