Role Description The Senior SAP FICA professional will work full time on-site in Phoenix, AZ, focusing on the configuration, support, and optimization of SAP FICA and related financial processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICA solutions, and maintaining master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve end-to-end business processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide expert consulting on system enhancements. The Senior SAP FICA skilled will also prepare documentation, support testing activities,



and mentor team members on SAP financial modules and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong SAP FICA and SAP FICO expertise, with experience configuring and supporting financial and contract accounting modules.
- Proficiency in Business Process analysis and design, including process mapping and optimization within SAP environments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting complex financial data, identifying root causes, and proposing effective system solutions.
- Consulting experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-fit SAP solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Master Data related to customers, contracts, and financial objects.
- Relevant academic background in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with integration to other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, CO) and familiarity with industry-standard implementation methodologies.
- Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
