At Kidaura, we're transforming how therapy and education professionals support children with special needs — by bridging the gap between specialists and caregivers at home.

Our SaaS platform gives therapists and educators tools like IEP management, TeleTherapy, AI-assisted therapy programs, progress tracking, and multilingual content — designed to extend quality care beyond the clinic.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who knows this world and wants to build something meaningful in it.

? What You'll Do

- Sell Kidaura to therapy centres, hospitals, special schools & rehab units
- Visit centres, engage owners & clinical leads, and guide deals to close
- Build and lead a growing field sales team




- Own the full pipeline — prospecting to multi-site institutional contracts

? You're a Outstanding Fit If You Have
- 2-6 years B2B sales, at least 2 years selling software to healthcare/clinical settings
- Experience selling to therapy centres, hospitals, or special education institutions
- Prior team leadership experience

- An existing network of therapy centre owners, clinicians, or special educators
- Familiarity with ABA, speech therapy, OT, or developmental paediatrics
- Experience with EHR, practice management, or therapy documentation tools
