About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven and field-oriented Senior Manager – Sales responsible for generating leads, meeting clients and closing deals independently .

Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate or B2 B Sales with strong field-sales and target-achievement experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate current business through field visits, references and networking. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure . Meet clients, understand requirements and present solar solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals. Build strong relationships with business owners, CXOs and decision-makers.



Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets. Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Engineering and Projects teams for smooth closure. Regularly update CRM and sales reports.

Profile

6–12 years of sales experience. Strong field sales and deal-closing experience. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings. Aggressive, self-motivated and target-oriented with high ownership.
