Senior Sales Manager – YMCA International Centre, Ahmedabad

About the Role

YMCA Ahmedabad is looking for a energetic Senior Sales Manager to lead new membership growth across two premium locations : YMCA International Centre (SG Highway, Makarba) and the upcoming YMCA Oasis, Bavla. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can build a strong sales pipeline, close corporate and HNI deals, and position YMCA as Ahmedabad's most compelling lifestyle club membership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own overall new membership generation targets for both YMCA Ahmedabad and YMCA Oasis, Bavla
- Drive Corporate Membership sales — identify, pitch, and close bulk/corporate tie-ups with companies across Ahmedabad and GIFT City
- Drive Individual Membership sales across all tiers, from prospect engagement to conversion
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and corporate decision-makers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate HR/admin heads for recurring and bulk membership deals
- Represent YMCA at networking events, business forums, and community engagements to generate leads




- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, offers, and membership communication
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to management

What We're Looking For

- 8–10 years of sales experience, preferably in Clubs, Hospitality, or premium membership-driven businesses
- Proven experience building and managing Corporate relationships
- Demonstrated experience selling to or engaging HNI clientele
- Strong communicator — fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Based in Ahmedabad (local candidates only)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning end-to-end sales cycles
