Job Summary

NRC Group of Industries is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing and fabrication industry, along with good communication, customer-handling, and business development skills.

The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the company in achieving its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the manufacturing and fabrication sector.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into successful orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order confirmations.
- Conduct customer meetings and visits as required for business development and relationship management.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Costing & Estimation, Purchase, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Qualification B.E. / B.Tech is expected, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of sales experience is expected.

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

- Manufacturing
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Metal fabrication
- Engineering
- Industrial products/components
- B2B industrial sales

Travel & Driving Requirement The position involves customer visits and business development activities at various locations based on business requirements. Travel will be planned according to customer and business needs rather than being a routine daily requirement. A valid driving licence is mandatory.

Fuel expenses for approved business travel will be reimbursed by the company as per company policy.

Location & Accommodation

Job Location: NRC Group of Industries, SIHS Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Candidates should be willing to work in Coimbatore and travel for customer/business requirements when required.

Accommodation/rooms can be provided upon request, subject to company availability and applicable terms.
