Key Responsibilities

- Handle direct customer sales for diamond jewellery, from customer interaction to final closure.

- Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, preferences, occasion, and budget.

- Demonstrate and sell diamond rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, solitaires and other diamond jewellery.

- Have strong product knowledge of natural/mined diamonds and lab-grown diamonds.

- Explain diamond-related aspects such as 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat, certification, quality, pricing and overall value.

- Effectively communicate the difference between natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds and guide customers based on their requirements.

- Build customer confidence and provide a premium jewellery buying experience.

- Handle customer objections related to price, diamond quality, certification, natural vs. lab-grown diamonds and value.

- Upsell and cross-sell relevant diamond jewellery based on customer requirements.

- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring adherence to company pricing and discount policies.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries and sales.

- Achieve individual sales targets,



conversion targets and other assigned KPIs.

- Coordinate with the store team for billing, product availability, alterations, orders and delivery wherever required.

- Ensure proper handling, presentation and security of high-value diamond jewellery.

- Stay updated on recent diamond collections, market trends, customer preferences and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in direct diamond jewellery sales.

- Mandatory experience in selling real/natural diamonds.

- Experience in selling or handling lab-grown diamond jewellery is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of diamond jewellery and basic knowledge of diamond grading and certification.

- Proven ability to independently handle customers and close high-value sales.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building ability.

- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

- Good grooming and professional presentation.

- Ability to confidently handle premium/HNI customers.

- Experience in a reputed jewellery retail showroom or diamond jewellery brand will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
