Joyra Interiors is an interior design agency seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales process in Gurugram.

Location: Near MG Metro, Gurugram

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

Industry: Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

Handle client enquiries, calls and sales conversations

Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure

Follow up consistently with prospects

Lead and guide junior sales team members

Understand client requirements* and present suitable solutions

Coordinate with clients, designers and execution teams

Ensure smooth sales handovers

Track performance and achieve sales targets*

Requirements

Proven sales experience in the interior design industry.

Robust understanding of the interior design sales cycle.





Experience handling residential or commercial projects.

Excellent objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills.

Strong communication and client-management abilities.

Ability to lead a team and maintain sales discipline.

Understanding of interior design services and client expectations.

Candidates without relevant interior design sales experience may not be considered.
