Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Senior Sales Engineer with expertise in Injection Molding Machine sales, business development, and technical solution selling. Skilled at understanding customer production challenges, delivering tailored IMM solutions, and building long-term partnerships with OEMs, molders, and industrial manufacturers. Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, negotiate complex deals, and consistently achieve sales and growth objectives.

Work You’ll Do:

- Drive business development and sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities for injection molding machines across assigned territories.
- Engage with customers to understand production requirements, recommend suitable machine configurations, and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer presentations, creating Value proposition, negotiations, order closure, and revenue realization.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers through proactive account management and continuous customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, service, applications, and marketing to deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Team:

You will be part of the Bangalore Sales Team, responsible for business growth and customer engagement across Karnataka and Hosur, working closely with application engineering, service, and product specialists.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, application engineering, or business development of Injection Molding Machines
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machine specifications, and customer applications.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:





- Prior experience within the Injection Molding Machine industry.
- In-depth knowledge of machine sizing, process optimization, and application-based solution selling.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitive landscape, and key customers in the plastics processing industry.
